When searching online for a way to stop these calls, I found a do not call service at 307-223-0458 which was actually for 201-243-3429 but I called anyway. It turns out they have this caller's phone number also on their list and was able to help me stop these phone calls. All they need is the caller's phone number to check it against their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.
