These people have called me 37 times since Friday. I called the number back about 10 times trying to talk to someone from customer service but there is always a "high call volume" so no one can talk to me. I have also added my number to their "do not call list" 5 times and still receive tons of calls from them. They never leave a message but they never let the phone ring long enough to even leave one. When I pick up, they say nothing and eventually the call disconnects.

They have called my house every day for the past 2 weeks every 20 minutes. On Saturday, they called my house 21 times from 8 am until 6 pm. I asked them to stop calling, that it was very annoying. I also asked them how did they get my number that I never applied or signed up for a grant. I also asked if they could send me the application, they said they could but I would have to pay shipping (are they crazy??!!)

I have been receiving several calls from a 201-282-5011 number. When I answer I get no response. If I call back it prompts to holds for a customer service rep, place on do not call list or end call. If you selecte Customer Service Rep it loops back and states that due to the high call volume you have to select another option. THis is getting rediculous.
