(201) 383-4916
I receive numerous calls everyday of the week (including Sat. & Sun.) from this number. They have never left any messages. I decided to return the call today and all you hear is: Thank you for calling customer service. Press 1 to reach a customer service agent. Press 2 to have your number placed on their DO NOT CALL LIST. Press 3 to hang up. Still no information on the company/people who were calling from the number. I decided to go online and look the number up. I then called back and pressed 2 to be added to their do not call list.We shall see if this works or not. If it doesn't, I will be happy to report them to the proper authorities for non compliance with their own options given. Thanks, Aug. 25, 2009 @ 9:00am Central time

(201) 383-4916
This number keeps calling my phone all day long. The phone rings 2 times hangs up, I answer they hang up, unable to get through when I call the number back. The very first call was a man who said that I signed up for google information, not.

(201) 383-4916

This people are not a google. they're kind of advertisement scam place. Once they call and i told them do not call, they call every hour and hung up for 3 days....... don;t fall for this scam act.
(201) 383-4916
They have called 7 times in 12 hours even after me telling them after the 2nd call to stop calling.
(201) 383-4916
These people began calling me a couple of weeks ago; now, I'm getting dozens of calls on my cell phone a day. The more I tell them to stop, the nastier and more aggressive they become. They even call early Sunday mornings! Where can I go to report them????????
(201) 383-4916
I started receiving calls from this number yesterday. Three calls just today alone. I did a reverse look up and found that they are located in Westwood, NJ. I did request info on the Google work at home program but when I went back to the site to read the terms of service I realized it wasn't directly from Google. Ironically I found this page by doing a Google search, is to laugh (ha,ha). Hopefully with enough complaints the calls will cease, keep smiling!
(201) 383-4916
I've filed my official FCC complaint and it felt GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Do it - these calls qualify!!!

Hi Roxy - did putting yourself on their block list work? Thanks.
(201) 383-4916
i have verizon, and (as far as i know), they don't have a block feature. I looked on the VW website for this after getting calls all morning from this number. Grrr. I signed up for the Google Adworks (before realizing it was a scam), but only filled out the first page, with my phone number of course. Google Adworks is NOT a legit Google Company. See here: http://electronplumber.com/is-google-adwork-for-real/
(201) 383-4916
For over a week now I've been getting calls from them. Last Friday I got 5 or 6, then it was ligher these past few days and now their back at it. Every time they ask for Caroline and say that I applied for a "work from home" online application. I am NOT Caroline and never filled out any such thing. My next call will be to Cingular to find out how to block a call. Is everyone else w/ cingular/at&t?
(201) 383-4916
They also have been calling me all day and the last one was at 8:55 PM! I have small children and this phone call decided to wake my kids up. We need to complain!!
(201) 383-4916
this number keeps calling me and its annoying
(201) 383-4916
these people suck! is this what we get for all this technology in the world today?! these people need to get a life. seriously - GROW UP!
(201) 383-4916
This caller is working for Google Adworks, a new online scam. They will try to convince you to give them your credit card or debit card number, so that they can charge $1.98 and send you a starting kit to make money at home. They just don't stop calling. Very annoying.

This number has been calling my cell phone about 4 times an hour for the past several evenings. I called it back and get a recording that says they will transfer me to a customer srvc agent, but it never does. It says if I would like to be put on their no-call list, to press option 2. When you do, it says "goodbye" and disconnects. I'm tired of these calls!
(201) 383-4916
Has called 2-3 times every 30 minutes.
(201) 383-4916
RE: The Google Work At Home Kit. We were desperate enough to enter our emails and phone numbers before we saw the CC info page, thinking there may be a way to become employed. It's a scam.
(201) 383-4916
calls multiple times for no reason and hangs up
(201) 383-4916
I do not want these calls. I am on the 'do not call' list. Please stop calls
(201) 383-4916
THIS CALL HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE YESTERDAY AND I ALREADY LOGGED IT 15 TIMES! NO ONE THERE WHEN I GET THE CALL AND RETURN CALL GETS A VOICE MAIL
(201) 383-4916
I started receiving calls today. I picked up the first time, not know who it was. A gentleman with very heavy accent told me that he was calling from Google Work-at-home. I told him I wasn't interested. However, I still receive calls from them, non-stop, 3 calls within less than 2 hours. I just ignored the calls. I think they'll just keep calling until someone picks up again... =(
(201) 383-4916
mann............. if this number ******* call me again im going to call the BBB!!!!!!
(201) 383-4916
This number has called me 10 times within 24 hours. 5 of which have been within this hour. They don't leave messages on my machine, they just hang up.
(201) 383-4916
This number is from a make money on google site. I looked into it and the only way to get more information is to give them your phone number. The number called me 10 times in one day. You have to wait for someone to actually start talking for a good 10-20 seconds. They are very push sales people who want you to get set up. They say it is only a $1.97 to get set up for a 7 day all access trial and then it is $60 a month after that if you do not cancell. The guy on the phone got very rude and pushy when I said I was not willing to pay. Eventually he got the point and hopefully they will not be calling back.
(201) 383-4916
This is from google. Don't reply for info about working from home! Even if you erase your number they still get it and they have called 15 times (from 3 pm the previous day to 9 am the next) thus far. They are a menacing call! Not anything important! And like others have stated they hang up when you call back so they MUST be getting paid by the amount of calls made and received WORKING from home!
(201) 383-4916
They have called me three time now twice on different days at the exact same time. I already told them that it was a cell # and not to call back.
(201) 383-4916
I have been getting calls from these scammers for the past 30 days (they have several New Jersey numbers they call from). The second phone call they ever made was the only one so far where I have been able to speak to anyone. The last 115 calls or so have been automatically disconnected as soon as I pick up. I called my cell compnany who advised me that they can not black the calls and to call the police. When I contacted the police they told me they couldn't do anything so I should call my carrier. I run a business and don't have the option of changing my phone number so I'm completely out of ideas. This has to be considered some form of harassment.
(201) 383-4916
Last two week, 2 to 3 calls a day. Never anyone on the line if answered. I did find out it is a land line in New Jersey.
(201) 383-4916
goddd this number keeps calling me!!! so i just want to called the BBB on them.
(201) 383-4916
just called me. I didnt answer though
(201) 383-4916
You're absolutely right. "Google work from home kit." I remember sending in my email address (stupid me). Luckily I'm not ignorant enough to give them my CC info. Lovely scam it is.
(201) 383-4916
"If you'd like to speak with a customer service representative please press one"(press 1)"We're sorry but due to high call volumes, no customer service reps are available at this time. Thank you for calling. Goodbye."(dial tone)------"If you'd like to place your phone number on our 'Do Not Call' list, please press two."(press 2)"Thank you for calling. Goodbye."This just started today. Four calls within an hour. WTF???
(201) 383-4916
I think this phone number running by Google and called by those hired by Google and work from home People.Does any one know how to stop it, let us know asap.
(201) 383-4916
I do not answer my phone if it is a long-distance call and I do not know anyone from New Jersey. However, they have been calling every hour for the past 2 days. I do not answer and they do not leave a message. Now I see that I'm not the only one who this has happened to.This is getting so bad that I'm considering changing my phone number. I really don't want to, but I see no other option at the moment. This needs to be stopped. Now.
(201) 383-4916
i've been called every 5 minutes this week from 201-383-4916, I jsut filed policy report and the policy man suggested me to search the number online to find out, then I noticed I am not the only one suffered. Get to catch them ASAP.
(201) 383-4916
I am getting tired of it...THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING US!!!!! I don't know what to do about it. I have had them call 6 times in the last 4 hours. If anyone has any info on this...PLEASE POST SOMETHING. This is getting really bad!!! They keep telling us that we signed up for a home business kit and that it is an oppurtunity that we cannot miss. Keep telling them that we are NOT INTERESTED... getting tired of the phone ringing off the hook because they do not understand the meaning of NO.
(201) 383-4916
This caller has called and hung up on me twice in 2 days. I know no one in NJ but my cell phone was stolen 3 days ago. Coincidence?
(201) 383-4916
This is insulting because it has a prompt for the "do not call list" but the caller disobeys the rule.
(201) 383-4916
This phone number has called my cell more than 20 timnes in the last 4 days. They have filled my message box but have not left a message. It is long distance I am charged for the long distant calls I don't know who they are but I want it stopped
(201) 383-4916
Stop calling my number 20 times a day
(201) 383-4916
I am called on my cell at least every two hours during the day by this phone number. If I answer, no one is there. I have requested to be removed from their list and the calls come more frequently.
(201) 383-4916
Ok so Ive been getting calls from this number for about 2 weeks at least 6-10 tomes a day. If you try to call back a recording comes on and you can never get thru. I answered when they called today and told them to STOP calling. She said I requested info and I dont recall doing that. The lady was very rude so if they call me again I will report them to the BBB!!!!
(201) 383-4916
They keep calling, some times up to four calls in a hour. They are calling my cell so, these calls count against my minutes. They don't leave a message and when I return the call I get a maching. I have tried three times to put my number on their do not call list and they keep calling. It is driving me nuts.
(201) 383-4916
Keeps calling my cellphone even after i told them to remove my number in their calling list. I also called back this number and a recording answered and one of the option is to press 2 to put my number in the do not call list. I selected 2 hoping that my number will not be called again. But they still call. This has to stop.
(201) 383-4916
Whenever I pick up, it hangs up
(201) 383-4916
They have been calling me nonstop for 3 days. I answered the phone once and could not understand the person (sounded Asian). I texted the number and told them that I have contacted the BBB, Google and the NJ local authorities! I believe that this is a landline. I am waiting on Google to contact me back. I am sure that they are not affilliated with such a harrassing person/people. If anyone wants to report them try visiting (www.google.com/support). I hope this will help someone out.
(201) 383-4916
I signed up for the "work from home" google ad which was backed by CNN and other stations. You sign up and receive the work at home package. This was yesterday and I have received calls from this number at LEAST 15 times today!!! Google being a reputable company, should not allow information to become public record and something needs to be done....
(201) 383-4916
This is not Google. This is a scam from www.profitstudiolearning.com where they represnt themselves as Google Startup. After repeately asking the lady she kept saying that her company name is "Backed By Google" and later on asking the website she gave me the above link. They would first ask for a small fee of $1.79 to get started and then charge $69 every month for the service unless you cancel it. And guys cancelling this is not easy as you will always get voicemail on their numbers. Stay away!!
(201) 383-4916
This is Google "Online work at home" business. You may have inquired about it, then after realizing you have to pay $$$$$$$$$$ for the info, you just exited out. That is how they have your name number and so forth.
(201) 383-4916

(201) 383-4916
I just got the call from the same number 5 times in about 30 mins. I have not picked up... Dont plan on it to see if they just gop aways since I know know that they are obviously trying to run some sort of scam! Bastards!!!
(201) 383-4916
This number called my home 6 times today, and I answered it hoping to find out what the issue was. The first three times, I answered, the caller hung up. The fourth time, the caller says that he is from google and I stopped him and told him that I was on the no call list, and he interrupted and said that I had asked for google to call me with information concerning making money at home and I replied ---- no I hadn't. I can't get them to go away.
(201) 383-4916
This number called 6 times in a HOUR. They'd call and hang up after 2 rings, ill call back and an answering machine would pick up, Finally on the 6th time, picked up and told them to stop calling, the lady was like its important and i said i dont really care, stop calling this number, she happened to know my name too and that really weirded me out. She said "not a problem" and hung up.So help me God if this number calls me again.i really want to know who this is. Contact me @ [email protected]
(201) 383-4916

I add these numbers to my contact list and put them on silent ring. It doesn't stop them but it does stop me from hearing them.
(201) 383-4916
The caller is a service provided by Google, they're trying to get you to sign up for their advertisment so that you can "make money from the comfort of your own home". I called back after several calls and pressed 2 when I reached an automated service. It didn't work, so I finally answered the next call.A lady was asking for me, somehow knowing my name, phone number, and email address. Long story short, we were on the phone for almost ten minutes, me trying to make her realize that I don't remember giving out such information and that I wanted my number off their list.I just did this, so I don't know whether they'll leave me alone or not.But it's definitely Google, and it looks like you just have to answer and tell them to stop calling you.Hope this helps.
(201) 383-4916
I am getting calls from this number and pressing 2 doesn't work :(
(201) 383-4916
I just called the number back and got a voicemail prompt that instructs you to press the number 2 if you'd like your number to be placed on their "do not call" list. I just did it. If it doesn't work, I'll post again and let you all know.
