I don't have ANY debts in collections - Pinnacle is calling for a relative - when I refuse to provide any information they are rude and threatening - anything I can do to file suit against them for harassment I will do.

Aaaallllllllrighty! Pinnacle financial thinks they can call me about an unsubstantiated debt, at all hours, from all sorts of strange numbers. Further, they apparently think I'm not very intelligent-i.e., they think I'll just pick up my phone and answer any random phone number that shows up.
