I have been very actively pursuing these people. They have refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau. Their refusal to respond indicates to me that the corporation itself is at the least supporting their employees in this illegal activity or at the most actively participating in the scam. I have also been E-Mailing them on a regular basis at [email protected]. Please join me in making their lives miserable. The info provided in my Jan 30, 2010 posting is still acurate. The Better Business Bureau encouraged me to contact Hudson County Consumer Affairs, 583 Newark Ave., Jersey City, NJ, 07306, phone: 201795-6295. Happy Hunting!

Do not let these people scam you. This is one of those "you didn't pay off you Payday Advance Loan" scams. They will appear legitimate because they have all of your personal inf, bank account, social security number, and even the names and numbers of references you have used. These people are hacking into either the individuals computer or the lenders files to get this information. The give away is that they give you phoney Americanized names despite thick East Indian accents, they will try to give you phoney addresses and phone numbers, they will not give you a legitimate company name, and the cannot provide the exact loan date or a copy of the loan documents. Report these people everytime you get a call from them to FBI IC3 internet crimes unit, FCC, Better Business Bureau, your local police, and any scam sites you can. I have found out this: the company name: D U Frost, LLC, 924 Bergen Ave, Ste 232, Jersey City, NJ 07306. The Officer of record posted with the New Jersey Secretary of State is Deena Dayalan. Their website is www.DUFrost.us. They supposedly run a legitimate business selling and designing websites. Boycott their legitimate business. Maybe if they find they are losing out on legitimate business because of these scams, the will bring the hammer down on the people within the organization who are doing this.
