This scam artist has called me often as well and would love to stop the nonsense. Never leave a message.
(201) 917-7312
They keep calling
(201) 917-7312
I received a call from this number. I called it back and it was a recorded telemarketer for several companies. It said I had agreed to receive calls by accepting terms and conditions from an online or offline survey of some sorts. However, if you continue to listen to the message it gives you an option to press 1 and be removed from the call list. I did this and it said to give them 10 days for this change to tak effect. It took me all of 2:11 minutes and it was over. Virtually painless. :) Might be worth cvalling them back to be removed from the call list.

I just got a call from this number. Caller ID showed Red Rock Commun. It is a company that offers phony caller ID names and numbers to telemarketers so you don't know who's calling you. Their website is www.redrockcommunications.net. There are 2 email addresses listed on the Contact Us page. Don't know if they work, but we could overload their email system!
(201) 917-7312
They just called me and I pressed 1 to speak to an agent. Some men's voice answered and said "her" name is Debbie. I asked her who they were calling and what car they have on record and she could not answer. I asked her to transfer me to someone who would have that information and she hung up on me.I called the numbe on my caller ID and it gave me a very long message saying that they are calling me because I gave some other c ompapy the right to solicit to me. Then, I called 311 to see if they can give me more info on them or if they can investigate them. I was refered to the Better Business Bureau www.newyork.bb.org or 212-533-6200. Please join me in contacting them to put an end to this possible scam. Thank you!
(201) 917-7312

I got the call too, but he just hung up on me. I knew it was a guy because he coughed in the phone.
(201) 917-7312
They called at 9 am, and never left a message. From what everyone above is saying, if its about car warranties, these idiots call me all day at work on our business phone!! Now, my cell phone?? I'm also on the Do Not Call List. I will be calling and reporting them today!!! They must be stopped and the only way to do it is to take money out of their pockets. EVERYONE REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY!!
(201) 917-7312
Got the call a few minutes ago. An "expired car warranty" type of scam call. It's beena while since the last time I received one of these.
(201) 917-7312
I am on a no call list and both my cars are well in warranty
(201) 917-7312
They called my work number on 3/14/09 with no message - just a 'missed call' on my caller id log.
(201) 917-7312
No message, nothing.I thought Red Rock was a venue in CO. and I had won a ticket.Alas!
(201) 917-7312
No one on line... these are really annoying, because then I don't get to exercise my sense of humor. Try these things and have a good time.I push many buttons on my keypad when it's a recorded messageIf it's live body telemonkey, I ask who's calling and say hang on and set the phone down... wastes their time.Sometimes when I feel like playing more I come back on the line and say "I already put the cat out" and some of these idiots go into their spiel anyway, and I say "I don't have a cat box, I put the cat out" and then laugh hysterically. That usually gets a hang up after wasting some of their time. "Success is learning to deal with plan B." ~author unknown

these guys are a lot more moronic than you know - try blowing a whistle in the phone when you talk to a live person - that's one was to mess with them. reporting them to the authorities is not going to do much good since these calls really cannot be traced. they are one way dialers and use numerous phone carriers to place their automated calls. i'm telling you the whistle thing is quite effective

I got a recorded call from this number, tellng me to renew the warranty on my vehicle. I pressed the number to speak to a person, a man answered, asked the year and make of my car. When I told him to take me off the list, he interrupted me and somehow blasted a very loud beep in my ear.

Sat. March 14, 2009. I'm located in Los Angeles County, CA This caller left no message, phone number listed as above, name reads Red Rock Comm.

This was only one of several calls received this week regarding expiration of auto warranty. This scam operation has called under various numbers all with different caller ID's---cellular call, toll free call, sales dept.

9:00 AM Saturday morning hang up call. I see the others note this is the auto warranty call. I have gotten plenty of those too, just didn't take down where the call came from. Don't they know it is against the law not to have an opt out (at least here in CA).

Recorded pitch about auto warranty: "This is the second warning that the warranty on your automobile may have expired." Then I hung up. I recommend that we all file complaints with the federal Do Not Call registry. Here's the web address://www.donotcall.gov/
(201) 917-7312
10:54am ET - recorded message informing me that this is my "2nd notice" that my car warranty is about to expire...unlikely to be true, considering the fact that I do not own a car.
(201) 917-7312
Called Saturday 9:45 AM. Did not pick up. Caller ID read 'Red Rock Commun'
(201) 917-7312
These are recorded messages stating the my auto is now, or soon will be out of warranty, and want me to purchase an extended warranty. There is no way to opt out of these calls. If I wanted an extended warranty I would buy it through the car dealer....Please help to stop these calls.
(201) 917-7312
2 calls within 1 hour
(201) 917-7312
Does anyone know how to contact this company??? If all we do is rant its not gonna do any good, is there no way in this day and age to figure out who is making these calls? Its obvious that no one likes them so why don't we do something about it???
(201) 917-7312
they hung up without saying anything
(201) 917-7312
I didn't answer the call and no voicemail was left. However, I am on the National do-not-call list. If they call again, I will file a formal complaint against them on the www.donotcall.gov website. Looks like this is either a telemarketing scam or worse. PLEASE do not do any business with this company, no matter what they are attempting to sell you.
(201) 917-7312
They called my skype phone number. I don't know who they are but it probably is NOT a good idea to buy anything with those kinds of sales tactics.
(201) 917-7312
Numerous calls to renew my auto warranty. I'm on the do not call list and they continue to call. I answered and was hung up on when I asked why they called when I am on the No Call List.
(201) 917-7312
This caller is horrible!!!! I have had up to 10 calls a day from them. Answer the phone and you get nothing. The earliest they have called is 5:30 in the Morning and the latest they have called, is 12:30 at night! There should be an organization that should hang these people by their toenails......
(201) 917-7312
It's annoying. They call the time any hour of the day
(201) 917-7312
My number is on the DNC registry and despite requesting to not be called anymore, I continue to receive automated calls from this number.
(201) 917-7312
Called Saturday afternoon, recorded message about the last opportunity to get my warranty extended on my car. I tried the option of Push 2 to be taken off their calling list. On no call list.
(201) 917-7312
I get calls from this number once or twice a week stating that my car warranty is about to expire. That is not the case, I do not know them, and I would love to know how to keep them from calling me. I'm so glad to know that others are having the same problem. I'm on a no-call list. I tried to call them back to tell them that, but got an automated message. I figured I might (1) get charged for the call or (2) inspire them to keep calling more and possibly find a way to charge me for something else - so I hung up. I, too, will call the State Attorney General's Office. Also, it does not always show a name on Caller ID, but this time it showed Red Rock Community something (last part didn't show). I Googled to find a company with that name. There were several - some banks - but did not have the same area code.
(201) 917-7312
3/14/09, 9:30am, same crap, anwsered it and no one there
(201) 917-7312
These boneheads called my number at 8:18 pm on Friday, March 13 telling me (via recorded message) they could reduce my credit card rate. When I pushed the number for a human voice, I told the woman who answered that my number was on the no call list and began to tell her not to call again but couldn't get that far, as she hung up on me. Now, that certainly goes against the book on how to sell your product.I called the number back, and a recorded voice informed me that this number/company does promotion for a number of companies and informed me that I likely signed up for this [dis] service when I signed something - - - possibly as innocuous as a piece of paper for a prize drawing (remember the way this was done to pull off phone slamming scams), which I think is their way to try to get past the no call list. Anyhow, I pushed the number for "Don't call me any more" and was informed that the calls would cease but it could take as long as 10 days for this to take effect. My number is unlisted and I'm on the no call list, so I think that they're doing this through blind calling. Seem to be getting more of these than ever. I think I'll be calling my State's Attorney General's Office.

Caller ID says 'Red Rock Commun', automated message saying this is the third call about my expired warranty. I don't have a warranty. Have been getting these calls repeatedly and from different numbers.
(201) 917-7312
This is a company who calls you at the request of another company that you may have "unknowingly" gave permission to call you regarding special money-saving offers. They call me EVERY day and leave no message, but I was finally able to answer and it was something about my factory auto warranty expiring. I called back and listened to their explanation of why they called and there was a brief silence, and then they said press 1 to stop receiving the calls. It says it takes up to 10 days to remove your number. We'll see...
(201) 917-7312
auttomated message about aut insurance getting expired
(201) 917-7312
Continual repeated phone calls from this number and its 'sister' numbers....201-917-7311 and201-917-2010. Silence when I answer...and I have received over 50 calls from all three numbers in the past 7 days. ENOUGH. If you are persistent, you can call the number back and eventually, after several tries, it will let you opt out but first you have to put up with being disconnected, etc.

Just called our household with the same message. Apparently my manufacturer's warranty has expired on my car and can be renewed. I told them I did not have a car and asked how they got this number, and they pretended to transfer me and hung up.
