Got a cutoff recorded message. I'm sure if it had recorded it would be the same as the above comments regarding the IRS. It is a scam.

First few words (in a robotic, automated voice) described some type of IRS lawsuit. Hung up immediately. Should have listened longer to capture full message but I'm certain this is fraudulent.

This caller identifies themself as the IRS demanding payment, which in itself is a scam because the IRS never does that. Lastly, there is a significant delay in the phone line and the caller has a terrible command of the English language buried in a southeast asian accent. Don't fall for the scam.
