some John Williams called me and said the same ********. i told him i am not in mood to have an indian or ****stani food,call me over the weekend and we will see..

I got this call from someone named David Martin and he claimed to be an IRS investigator. He had an indian accent and that should have been my clue to save myself from wasting my time on this call. Indian accent and the name David MArtin do not go together. Anyways, he explained about the felonies which I didnt understand and regarding the IRS fraud. Later on he asked me to pay $1000 and i told him i do not have that money to pay within 30 mins. He then told me to pay whatever I had in my bank account. He threaten me that police will on my door in half hour. I wanted to get as much information on what he is gonna do. So I told him I dont drive and I have to take the bus to go get the money from the bank. At that he goes how can you not drive living in the states for so long. A government official does not say that. He finally told me I will be behind bars within 30 minutes. Then he hung up.

I got this call today about 30 min ago, someone name with David Martin and claiming an IRS investigator, any way with his indian accent i kind of figure it out, it was fake. So i called him after 1.5 hour later when i have time to play with him, I told him in hindi/urdu, oh my got i am scare and almost S$$$ in my paints, and told him please help me, he haned up saying what up man!!!! hahhha IRS start talking like a street man, I called again and pretend that i am talking to my wife and telling her, in hindi, Wife IRS and police is after me (i believe he was listening) there is one person in IRS David Martin in my only hope to rescue, he did not answer, i pretend that he hang up, but i said oh GOD my last hope D Martin is not even talking to me, Police is on my door. He finally hang up. HHHAHHAHAHHA call that number it is fun!!!

I threatened back and kept calling that number and they were really ****ed off. I kept calling and using &:@&&@& words and they were getting very very mad. I told them that police is coming to get them soon and reported them.

I received a call from Steve clerk according him he is the IRS agent, and told me that I filled wrong income tax return, there is warrant against me give me some Number case #64897-01245 and told me police will come my house and arrest me, but if he help me I pay $2000.00 if I go court the I will pay $25000.00. when he talked about money I found there some cheating involve, he put me on hold to talk with his authorities boss, I put his number on Google search, I found it is a spammer. Any way it was close to give me heart attack

you should call him back and harras them back. I tried and it work. will have tons of fun!

I just receive an accent filled call from IRS. This people need to know that it will not work anymore. IRS do not call you, they be crazy to call everyone 1 by 1.

I received a call fron Steve clark with the threats mentioned by the others on this page. Although I might (might!) understand the accent for an IRS agent, the name and the fact he wouldn't send me any documentation or refusing for me to get my CPA on a 3way call kinda got through my early morning coffeeless conversation. I hung up and i'm waiting for the police to pick me up for tax evasion. This a scam :) in case I didn't express myself clearly with my coffeeless brain still in first great.

Got a voicemail from Eric Mathews as well saying that I need to call back to 202 2396520 because there is a warrant against me, otherwise it will be forwarded to the police. Considering I am a law abiding person I thought it quite suspicious - even more so - if there is a warrant out - the police is already involved. This should be reported to the police so this harassment stops.

Got a phone call form Mr. Eric Matthews with the IRS (this time)...Told him to get lost and laughed...He said that the police will be over at my house within 30 minutes...Replied back "Good, tell them I have coffee and donuts"...The Nerve of These Parasites!!!

Call from number left message with exact details as previous posts. Threatening arrest etc.. Same name (Steve Clarke), fake background noise, male (Asian accent)

He introduced himself as an IRS agent threatening to arrest me if I did not call back.

He introduced himself as Steve Clark working for the IRS as investigator and treating me arrest in 30 minutes due to owed some tax and check my bank account balance and pay the tax right now,

left a message that he is officer and investigator for state dept. asking me to call back. (Indian accent.)
