He has call me several times to and said he needs to speak to my employer so he can have me fired. He is very persistant. He will call and if i do not answer he keeps calling. He has left messages saying that I will be sued. He also states it will put a red mark on my name and social security#. When I told him he was harrassing me and that he was a fraud he went kind of crazy. He keeps leaving messages now.

Our office has been plagued with calls from this number. I called them back. Everyone had a thick Indian accent (part of my family was from India so I recognize the accent easily). The man who answered said, "Washington Field Office". I asked what organization; he said, "This is the U.S. government". I asked which branch; he said, "The Department of Justice". He asked who I was trying to reach - our phone service had recorded the name Mark Williams (although my staff said they have used multiple names including 'Charlie Brown'). The fellow came back saying, "Officer Williams was trying to verify that [name withheld] works there." I certified that this person was not employed there and he dropped the conversation and hung up.I reported this to the FBI and they responded within 10 minutes with the following: After careful evaluation of your information, it is our determination that your tip regarding phone scams/telemarketing fraud should be reported to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) at 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322) voice or 1-888-TELL- FCC (1-888-835-5322). You may access the FCC web-site at www.fcc.gov and file a complaint using the FCC online form: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

This man is a scam artist trying to extort money from people. He always states he is from some law inforcement agency. He is not and has been checked out. Do not give him any information, or talk to him. I was adviced by the law inforcement agencies. He has nothing to do with any law agency and does not work for the Washington field office. He spoof's numbers. even 9911 Emergency numbers.Law inforcement does not get involed in debts or law suits. This man is nuts!
