Do not give ANY information to them. First it will be a pre-recorded message saying that " its regarding your credit card account and they can help you lower it to 6.9 etc %" Then they will have an option to press 9 to talk to a rep. I pressed nine and Talked to a rude man. He said alot of rude things about my mom , my self called me names and said I WILL NEVER STOP CALLING YOU!!!!!! And hung up. I read up on this number alot of people say its a scam they try to get your credit card and personal information and probably steal from you.

When I asked to be taken off the list and explained that it was 9:00 and that they had woken up the baby I was told I should have MY phone on silence so that didn't happen.

They call my cell about 3 times a day... started about a week ago. I don't answer for numbers that I do not know, but it is still annoying to have them interupt my day.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AT ALL. i receive calls from this company that are almost always from different phone numbers. they have been calling me at least 2x a week for about 8 months on my cell phone. they hang up on me every time i ask to be taken off of the list as well. it is absolutely ridiculous. i saw a news agency investigation on tv about them and a few elderly people were cleared out of all of their money because they gave them their information. after that i stopped receiving the phone calls for about a month, but they picked back up again about 2 months ago. i just put a complaint in with the FTC, but the more complaints, phone numbers, and information they receive, the better it will be for all of us. the number for the Federal Trade Commission is 1-877-382-4357. i was informed that you can also call your state attorney general and the consumer protection agency to file a complaint if you think that it is a scam, which it obviously is.

I started receiving phone calls from this phone number yesterday first one came in at 7:08 PM then another one today at 3:36 PM. I did not pick up the phone and ignored the call as only people who are on my contact list have my phone number. My phone also shows that the number is from Washington D.C.

This call is a scam! If you talk to someone they hang up on you if you press "1" to be removed they still call. How do we all make it stop? I thought more than one call was harassment? Isnt it? Us as normal everyday people are not allowed to do such a thing why should some unknown company be able to?

I can't stop these calls even when I press the number to stop them. I waited to speak to a representative and as soon as I started to speak the phone was slammed in my ear.
