She was not trueful about who she was or what she wanted. in our industrie we recieve all types of calls in regards to moving. And have a number of different programs depending on who you are the the services you need. Woman said she was calling for a referral service, inquiring about veterinary services for her client. She was calling a number that is****igned to a website referral service that we are listed on. Asked general questions confirming our address and basic exam fees; asked about pet insurance availability; and then asked if veterin*****s had to be licensed. A strange question from my viewpoint. Finally confirmed the name of the person she was speaking to and wanted to know if she was the office manager.
