Not sure if it’s a scam or not. A woman said she was from optimum trying to make sure I got the best possible deal with my account. She asked for my sister, who only uses my phone number for optimum, so that checks out. But Optimum has never called me before, so this has concerned me, but i will call back to discuss deals through the OFFICIAL optimum number instead
