I spoke to the owner of this number through whatsapp. The claimed to be a kitten breeder named "mr michael", but they claimed to be able to "ship the kitten to me through FIDEX, dhl, or any other service" from florida. They had a spuratic way of typing which had no proper grammar and very little attention to spelling. When I inquired about more info about himself, he sent a long tangent about being so skeptical towards him and needing to trust him about being a real breeder, rather than a thief" (quotes are just summarizing his obscure novel long message in my own words). I don't want anyone else to potentially fall for this just in case he is a thief... or potentially worse, due to the fact that he's pretending to sell kittens and seems to appeal more to women according to his instagram where I found his whatsapp contact.
