After getting these calls and a couple other callers, I research and found a do not call service for one of the other phone numbers. I had them check this phone number to see if it was also on their list and it was so after giving them the receiving phone number a couple of days ago, the calls stopped. Claimed to be from "Live Voice" regarding my electric bill. When I told them that I'm on the federal Do Not Call list, they claimed they are not trying to sell me anything, just want to "help me lower my electric bill". Person was very rude. I told them I would report them, but they didn't seem to care.
