I keep on receiving phone calls from this # as well but there is so much static on the line that i can not hear anything. It almost seems to me that it is a fax # but it is getting very annoying.

well, i hate this number they keep calling me too for heck no reason which doesn't make any sense probably a hacker pretending credit union, but how the beeeeeeeeeeeeeeppp!!! they got my number, doesn't make any sense, before we had an identity history theft from long long ago. And this happen in winnipeg on UFCW a union company which where my work was coverd from them....Well, who knows but it just get in my nerve....How can we deal with this situation? Should I really call the cops and make a report...Or maybe this credit union what you guys say is those telemarketers that when you answer you will pay for long distance charges...Hope not? But can anyone just explain really and show proof who this guys are, then maybe we file charges.....

They left a message on my voice mail identifying themselves as Commercial Credit, not sure from which city but it's definitely in Manitoba, and they sound entirely like creditors. They give their number as 1-866-958-5850. I have no idea why they called, but searching for the number they called from led me to find that they can be quite abusive. If they call again and I'm there to answer, I will definitely give them a taste of their own medicine. These are the same kind of a**wipes who harassed my 80-year-old mom into bankruptcy after my step-dad died, so I look forward to releasing a little (okay, a lot of) steam if they call me again.

Any one have a clue as to who this is? I keep getting calls from them...

I was asked if I was such and such.  I replied negatively.  Then I was asked how long I had my phone number.  I hung up on him because it was none of his business!From then I was contacted very often by this man.  Of course, I did not pick up the phone.  Finally, I picked up the phone one day and heard a message for me to call back.  What did he think he was?Never pick up a telemarketer call, local or otherwise, but always welcome ad mailings!

Seems to be a number-searching firm.  Asked me if I am [xyz], said no, asked me how long I've had this number, then went, ok we'll remove you.  No idea otherwise; he gave his name as Andrew.

I'm getting calls from this number too!  And they are not leaving any messages.  I'm in Vancouver, BC
