Have received SEVEN calls from this number since July 5th. I have a firm policy of NOT answering numbers I don't know. Finally got tired of hearing my phone ring, so I put them on my reject list so they go straight to my voicemail. Who ever this is has not left a single message, so they must not be too concerned with getting anything outta me. The calls are usually between 2 pm & 9 pm, nothing later than that, thank god! This is getting extremely annoying & I'm going to be reporting this number to directly to Allstream for harassing calls.
