Not sure where you’re all located but I’m in NY and he has multiple listings up on different sites (and apps). If you see this - email me. Wire fraud scam via fake rental listings by Richard A Philip of Stratepointe Holdings LLC. This person p****s Redfin data to put up properties for rent that they do NOT own and/or manage. The listing I was looking at "mysteriously" gets removed the day after rea****g out.
