I didn't give the person a chance to talk because I could tell from the brief silence before he spoke that it was telemarketer or spammer. If you ever answer a call, and the person on the other end sounds like he just took you off 'mute', it's definitely a spammer/telemarketer. Hang up right away.

The callerthreatens to have me arrested based supposedly on 4 claims against me but requests that I return their call. This is another instance which I have received from various phone numbers perhaps 3 to 4 times per year about 3 or 4 years. I block these numbers and do not return their call as requested in case it has a virus attached but have no evidence any virus is involved.

Yep...4 serious allegations against me for my tax filings...like other respondents here, the location of the scam caller has changed, but the content remains the same...bad grammar and syntax delivered in a robotic voice!! Don't get me started!!
