Message was garbled in Spanish like the caller was talking to a cohort. Couldn’t make any of it out except some numbers

I paid for Microsoft Windows home 139.00 sat on the phone with the girl and at the end the product key did not work and the computer is still the same as when I started they didn’t have a problem taking the money out of my account thoughj
