I received a call and answered their survey. In my case they're doing research for the CDC (centers for disease control and prevention http://www.cdc.gov/brfss/pubs/index.htm) . I believe these surveys that are legit and do ask private information are good. We can find out about important health-related information from these surveys and the compiled information of many people.

Just tell them to remove you from their files. But if you live in Seattle or Portland, OR area - do the group discussions. - They are LEGIT. I got paid a few months ago to come in & talk about Frontier who has the Verizon clients in my area now. Paid me $150 in ca*** for 2 hours! Next mth (Sept) $75 for 2 hrs for internet stuff.

I don't give out my phone # to anyone cause I don't speak well since a ******. Got a call today from Gilmore Research Group at 206-726-5555. I heard who they said they were, said "no thank you" and ***g up. I wish I'd asked them where they got my number. I don't do surveys any more because of data mining. How often and where I shop, or my political views are my business!

This is definitely not a scam, google them people before you write opinions that they're home invaders. They do research, pretty important research for large corporations on new products, etc.
(206) 726-5555
You must have either signed up with them or a friend could have given them your number. This is a legit company that really pay for your time/opinions. If you live in the Seattle area go for it. I wish I still could :(

These people called and told me they were conducting research on unemployment. They said they wanted to get an "even number of men and women" and asked if there was a man in the house. I told him I wasn't going to answer that question and wasn't interested in their survey. THIS IS A SCAM TO FIND OUT IF YOU LIVE ALONE AND WHEN YOU ARE NOT HOME. Probably for home invasions. I have called my local police and will try to contact other law enforcement agencies.
