This is a telemarketing company making ILLEGAL robo calls to numbers on the national "Do not call" registry, as well as illegally using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. (Per http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt107.shtm Q&A item 10 says "FCC regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers." When I tried to advise agent of this, he called me stupid and hung up.

Just got this call @ 1510 PST 7/27/09It was a robo-call for a "National Healthcare Program". They were offering health insurance for "$3 a day". Obviously scammers so I hung up.

I got a call this afternoon (3:12 p.m. 7/27/09) from this number. The automated message said it was from Advocates for Manageable Health Care. The call came in on my pre-paid wireless phone, a number that shouldn't have been available anywhere since I don't give it out and use it only to call or receive calls from family members.

Automated call about my "credit card account". Since I have refused to use credit cards for almost ten years, this is clearly a wardialed spam call.
