The reason why the number is not in service when you call it back is because it is a spoofed number. The person calling is using a service that shows whatever number they want in your caller Id instead of their real number. This number has been calling my sons phone along with others. Most are creditors looking for the guy who used to have my sons number, so if u have credit problems, it's mist likely a collector.
