Supposedly legitimate marketing company, Money Mailer, who is using a telemarketer who "spoofs" their caller ID with an invalid number, which is illegal. Also refuses to honor "Do Not Call" requests. I was thinking about using Money Mailer, but I'm not going to because of their business practices.

Call everyday. Asks to speak to someone in marketing. I always say the person isnt here, but she will call back if they leave a message, they ALWAYS hang up on me when i say that. Tried to call the number back and it says it is no longer in service

I believe this number is a telemarker/sales appointment scheduler. In my case, they were scheduling for a local MoneyMailer franchise (coupon mailing company). They try to book appointments for the salesperson to meet with you on another day.

I got a call from this number today, and it hung up when my answering machine came on. SO, I looked up the number online, and found this post. Which is very interesting....it looks like whoever this number belongs to is in the habit of phoning people up either on false pretenses or just hanging up. WEIRD.... AND I loved VENGANZA's post! (which means revenge :) Way to go! I guess I'm going to have to have a little fun if this person or entity calls me back!
