I believe this number is being used to scam people who possibly offer home services (landscaping, painting, pressure washing etc) and advertise online. They only text, never call, are always out of town when they want the work done, send fraudulent checks or credit card numbers for way over the estimate amount. Then they ask you to deposit check into your account and give a large sum to their 'agent'. Two weeks later you get a call from. your bank that the check was fraudulent and they deduct the amount of the check from your account!!
