Called the number back with a blocked number. Automated system identifies the company as an "IC Systems"... A quick search on the Internet gives you much information on this company being scammers, or at least unprofessional and unethical... Company in Minnesota but number is from Idaho? Big red flag!! BBB of Minnesota has "No Rating" for this company.. So complain to them as well and we can put them out of business!

I work a switchboard and received a call from this number. The person they asked for is an employee, but was not available I asked to take a message and the woman REFUSED to give me anything. So she then asked for the spouse of the employee. I explained to her that this is a place of business and I would be happy to take a message. She asked for an alternate number which I am not allowed to give out that kind of information. The lady then said that is fine she will continue calling until I reach them and then hung up. Aren't there laws against this kind of approach to collect a debt? Phone harrassment? The fact that this is a place of business they are calling there must be some sort of restriction to it, right?
