I believe this to be a "ring-and-run" number. The phone rang once before the "caller" hung up. When I returned the call a machine picked up and said something to the tune of "thank you for returning our call." If anyone has more info, I'd love to hear it. I'm contacting my phone carrier now to check for charges.
