Call from Merced California to my mother in Florida at 3am. They hung up when she answered. Nearly gave her a heart attack because she thought something was wrong as I currently reside in California. A**holes! who calls at that time. Her number is already listed on the do not call list and I plan on reporting it but is there anything else that can be done? Please let me know.

Just got a call from this number about a minute ago at 12:13 AM, Eastern Time. Fortunately I was still up and able to answer before it woke up my elderly mother, who has multiple health issues and needs her rest. When I answered, all I heard was a beep, and then nothing. A few moments later, the line went dead. Caller ID simply listed the phone number with no additional information.
