When I picked up the phone the recording started informing me about a prepaid collect call from an inmate at San Joaquin County jail. Which I was expecting a call from somebody and that was him. But why would it say it was from a trucking company on the actual caller ID?! And from 209”“234”“1066 yet that was not the actual number he was calling from! Very strange
