The number is the California Police Youth Commision Fundraising , and it is a scam. Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. filed eight lawsuits against 53 individuals, 17 telemarketers and 12 charities on May 29, 2009 that "shamelessly exploited" people's generosity and squandered millions of dollars of donations intended to help police, firefighters and veterans. Called about 5 minutes to 9 this evening, didn't answer and they didn't leave a message on my machine this happen at 8:55 pm on March 2, 2009 called id is CPYC
