Who knew he could live in so many places at once. Man's got talent. Someone should start a website for bad tenants too ... just a suggestion.

Same story. All emailing stopped when I told him that the funds were held by the bank.

this is scamed....don't believed this guy....i just got scamed by him..but luckily i didnt send him the money and the check was fake too...

I got a few emails from this John Stradford guy and i think he is stupid if he thinks that he will pass on a check with more money then the rent and expect to beleive him or even pay him back the extra amount. I called That 2096514010 number, It works but a guy who sounds like he bearly speaks english picks up and he sounds like he has a click in every sentance!!!! lol ( Russel Peters -- Comedian )Its True call that number, ask to speack to Tom Oliver and listen to hear that click at the end of every sentance.

yes I received the same email from him on Monday. Thank god I saw this because I advise hime that I will contact the canada police.

I put a rental Ad on Craigslist, there is a fishy email from someone named John Stratford (name/ company always change), claimed that he will rent your house and his company will send your a check. After you receive the check, he will ask you to refund him the overpay(check amount - rent amount) in cash. The check is most likely to be a bad check. From website I realized, this guy keep on doing this for sometime, so I decided to post all his tel no. to alert other property owners.
