This is the phone number that appears on all calls that originate from Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. It doesn't matter which phone (land line) on the base is used, the caller id will always be the above number. Please do not mark as spam because then doctors will not be able to reach patients.

Got a call just now form 210-221-1111 on my cell phone. I couldn't answer it because I was on another phone at the time. There was no message left by the caller. Based on reading all your comments, I will simply ignore calls from this number and report them on the FCC's do not call web site.

I got a call from this number today on my cell...I said "hello" and a man asked "is this xxx-xxxx"? and repeated back my cell number. I was like duh! That's the number you called right dumbass? btw, I'm in San Antonio. Somebody should track this fool down and report it to their C.O. or whatever the freaking Army calls it.

This morning at 4:15 I was awakened by a call from this number. It was a male asking for a person by first & last name (I get LOTS of calls asking for this name), so I think this occurance really was an attempt to reach her. When I told him I was not the person he was looking for, he hung up immediately. Just in case, I'm unplugging the phone so I can sleep!I do know that this person he was asking for who used to have my phone number is employed at the Ft San PXtra because her supervisor has called here looking for her a couple of times.Hope that helps get a little closer to solving this mystery.Caller: Private CallerNumber: 210-221-1111
