Upon doing research it is a company based out of Michigan that bought this # in San Antonio named   Mcimetro Ats Inc.  The way they obtained and invested in this # is statistic based on the local population with in a state (TX, CA, NY, Fl, etc.) that have given their # to a store, email, or application of any sort.  So this Mcimetro Ats Inc, to keep profits high, buy a one or two local numbers of your city so as to catch you and sell you their product.This company has been known to sell investments, time shares, and package deals and hook you buy getting your credit card info or there of.  Cancelation of the service is hard to do because of certain contracts that they omit to give theri clients until months down the road, in which the clients would have alrady paid 2-6 month in fess and service that they never recieved.  Once the contracts are in the clients hands one will notice a cancelation fee if one were to do so in 24 months.  By giving concent of your credit card or bank information that is a binding contract for all of the conversations with the customer service representative are recorded.  They work in a pyramid format in which your money goes to a debt they owed the previous client and the current client (new purchaser of investment and goods) does not get anything until a new or multiple new clients are into the system.  THE BEST SOLUTION IS TO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE FROM THIS # AND OR ANY OTHER ONE YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH FOR THIS IS NOT THE ONLY COMPANY THAT IS DOING THIS.  FOR ALL, DO NOT ANSWER.
