Was obviously a burner phone number. SMALL BUSINESS SCAMMER. Asked for catering services for a fake anniversary party said he wanted our business to pay a 3rd party on his behalf as he suddenly was unable to do so himself, and then said he would pay us back double the amount. How stupid would you have to be to believe that?
