Called from "John Thomas" asking for the owner of the company. I recognized the caller's voice and accent as one of the numerous stock broker calls we get. As usual, I very politely asked who was calling and what company he's with (wastes their time, and makes sure it's not a legit call) then said "Just a moment, hold please" and put them on "ignore" to waste more of his time. After all, they're wasting my time, so why not?
