I'm a driving school located in Queens New York, and I've received two calls from this number. he says his name is Omar, he has a Philipino or Nepalese accent, he asks incoherent questions and then he hangs up. I'm not sure if this is someone really calling from Mount Sinai to harras me or someone "spoofing" pretending to be calling from this number, it shows Mount Sinai on my caller's Id, but at this point I don't know.
