Calls everyday no response if you answer. Don't! Just let it ring and go onits annoying as hell who can stop it let me know.

Scam to steal your identity by telling you they've found a problem on your computer and need access to the computer to fix the problem. Often, the try to fool you into thinking they are from Microsoft, which they aren't

I've been getting calls from this number saying its the Microsoft warranty department. I asked them to stop calling which now led to them calling me every day for a week. I wish I could block them

Get your cell or land phone number on the do not call list. Also, some cell phone providers enable you to block numbers, Verizon being one of them. Just had a call from this number & I told him if he called again I would report him. Hope it does the trick. I also blocked it.

yes, they call constantly as if I am stupid and do not know what they are up to.Too bad we have to pay for phone service just for them to be able to call and harass us. Sad isn't it?

Been getting frequent calls from individuals with Indian accent claiming to be third party service providers for Microsoft. Apparently my switched off computer has been making crank calls to these guys and telling them something is wrong with it (just kidding). They tell me that they need access to my computer so they can fix it. I'm an IT professional and out of courtesy I spoke with their guy and asked him questions without revealing any personal information. He was very persistent but I did not relent and never gave him any information. It took a few seconds for me to figure out that they are scammers.

I get calls from this number everyday at least 3 times a day I have blocked the number easiest thing to do

I got a call from this number. I called back and a recording said "this is the some community college of NY, we are aware of our number being used for scam. We removed this number from our data base and know that it is still being used. The scammers go through our phone line to harass you". I have blocked three calls today.

Is there any way to trace their calls?

These people are annoying. Theys ay they are from Microsoft and that my computer has been talking to them about unwanted downloads. For a fee they will go in and fix it. SERIOUSLY!! When I asked them for their IP address they hang up on me. I've also asked them to quit calling, told them they should be in jail, and they still call! If you are getting these calls, do not fall for this trick. They just want access to your computer to steel your information.

I have had it with this person. My cell phone does not give me an option to delete this number. He has been calling me for many months now and then suddenly not for the last 4 weeks. He started calling yesterday and I answered to tell him to stop calling me and to get me off of his list. He didn't want me to hang up because he said that he was from Windows and that my pc was needing attention. My pc is fine!!! I do not know how to stop this creep. I do not want to change my phone number!!!!!!

this is a scam. someone called and said they were with windows and wanted to speed up my pc. they called me twice a day even after I asked them to stop. BLOCK THIS NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!
