I am in a group text with a Ruth. So I thought it was from that. Then they responded something odd about being “new to SMS” and wasn’t written like a human. Seemed like phishing for my name.

They called once today and did not leave a message. My outgoing message includes my first name. When they called later and I answered they asked for my first name but a fake last name.

I had posted my dog as missing on pawboost and had my number as contact info, Amy said she worked nearby and gave general advice on finding lost pets ? It wasnt anything malicious and they werent asking for any personal info but it was very vague and their answers were clearly written in advanced, it seems like a bot meant to advertise a website called no kill network.org, weird

My missing dog. Wanted to help find her, said she just moved here and worked for a nearby clinic. Said she'd share our information with them. Also gave me advice on calling shelters(which we already did) and about contacting no kill network to send out alerts. ONLY thing that was weird, was I asked what clinic she worked at and she didn't answer me. Felt a little off after that...

Don't know why there is no person attached to this phone!! I have gotten timely txt referring to my lost dog and hints on what to do to find her. Makes no sense to me!
