Second robo call I got on my cell phone in a half hour. Recorded message said they were authorized by my credit card companies to call and offer a lower interest rate. If they knew me that well they would know I don't have credit card debt--I pay full balance each month. Anyway, I pressed "1" to speak to someone and after holding for several minutes (and wasting my cell phone minutes) a person answered and asked my name. I was so annoyed by then I told her she should know my name since she had called me. She said she didn't call me and I told her someone did. I told her they don't know squat about my credit card debt and I didn't appreciate them calling on MY cell phone and wasting MY minutes. She said she was sorry for the call (probably sorry she was the one who answered when I pressed "1". LOL). Anyway I really resent getting these calls at all but especially on my cell phone.

Got a call from a Ashley M., called about something I supposedly spoke with her about last week??? ( Lowering CC debt or something like it ) Left me a prerecorded message telling me to call back at 877-828-7254. Called the numbers back to be taken off of their phone list, and was accosted by some ignorant woman on the phone claiming to be Ashley. VERY rude and not professional AT ALL!!! Wish I knew the name of the company for further actions to be taken against them! Do yourselves a favor and just don't answer. If you do wish to be taken off the list just call back the 1-214-396-5552 number and a recording will prompt you to be taken off.
