I am receiving calls from this number threatening to issue a warrant and have me arrested if I did not pay back a payday loan which I have never taken out. The calls are from two gentlemen with a strong Indian accent that call themselves John Smith and Roger Smith form Morgan and****ociates Law firm. Ther scarey part is, they have the last 4 digits of my social security number. They have also used my old checking account and forced me to be in the red. He said he was @@@@ing my mother and I said wow are you sick, she is dead. I am an attorney. This is a fradulent number from a call center in India. The best way to eliminate this is to tell them to take you off of their call list. You KNOW it is a fraud and it is a FEDERAL OFFENSE AND YOU WILL PROSECUTE. I guarantee they will remove your name and you will not hear from these losers a***n.
