It appears this is a collection call from Ameren CIPS. I have gotten several calls on my cell phone for the same individual about the payment of their bill. I called and asked that my number be removed from their system and even today I still received another call. My electric company is Ameren but Ameren IP. Go figure.

This number called my "prepaid" cell phone 3 times today. My phone is not even registered anywhere so this is probably some kind of marketing call? Why a power company is marketing I have no idea.
