have received 2 calls from this number. the first I answered and it was a "microsoft technician" trying to get me to have him "walk me through" a "fix" for my computer. I kept asking him which one. He said any one.... I led him on for a while like I was TRULY interested in what he had to say. Obviously it was a scam to get me to open my system to him so that I would have to PAY him to fix it. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Have received calls like this before. This one was under the name "William Rufus" or "Rufus William" i love to waste their time. I know it is a scam from the start as the accent is very thick (asian or indian perhaps). Unfortunately, there are people out there that fall for this. MICROSOFT WOULD NEVER CALL A CUSTOMER AND THEY DO NOT KEEP TRACK OF INDIVIDUAL SYSTEMS.
