Was contacted by this number to tow a vehicle as we often do, by phone. Payment was by card, payment was made using Ronald Rud as the name, visa ending in 9436, zip code 19934. 2 months later, payment has been contested and denied to us so our payment processor is refunding their payment. Saying authorization was unconfirmed.
