This number is unlisted, but an identification has been found in an unofficial database. Probably a computer checking for live numbers.

Same as last commenter. Cell calls with no message. Don't know who this is or why they will not identify themselves.

Made repeated calls to my cell, but left no message. I don't respond to calls of unknown origin and even this information didn't help me enough to pick up!

This number calls me 4 times a day and never leaves a message.

Whose # is this? Any help is appreciated.

My mom, who is 84 years old and in very fragile health, keeps getting calls from Hors Zone and says the people calling sound like mexicans.  The names on the caller ID are my FAMILY names, ie; mine, my sisters, other family, etc..  This is dangerous because family concerned about her welfare sometimes can't get through to her on the telephone.  She's quit answering her phone, because when she answers a 'family member' call (because our names appear on the ID), it is Hors Zone a***n.  They call her numerous times a day.  It's stressing her out to the ****mum.  This activity is unconscienable.

I keep getting calls and mis calls from this number and I have no clue who it is.

Hi. Yeah these people are hardcore scammers. They have over 100 web sites and 24 of those sites as of July 2009 are being investigated by the FDA. I ordered from 99meds.com but not online. They called me on my cell phone so they must be buying lists somewhere.  As long as a telemarketer doesn't use an automation to call you on your cell, it's legal. You are right about them being East Indian. I have done much research and tracked them down to Surrey, England.  This is a county.  I'm not sure on the town or city but there are 5 cities apparently in England that have a high pop of middle eastern and indian people. I bought alprazolam or thought i did but it turned out to be some crap in blister packs.  prolly a placebo, made in a dairy.  Said so on the back of the packs. They told me it was from america, coming form america being mailed to my address in texas.  They even said they were from Texas and toted this # to be a texas #. I'm on the do not call list for cell phones, same #. it doesnt work for these people a) cuz they are outside the U.S., b) they don't care about you, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!! DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM CUZ IT'S A SCAM ALWAYS.  If a business won't tell you their name and address their is a problem.  I later found out it is against U.S. LAWS to receive or send alprazolam (xanax), hydrocodone and any schedule drug.  Go to the FDA site and DEA and check them out.  See what's wrong and what isn't.  Report this # to the Federal trade commission and the FCC. you can fill out the forms on line, someone will even go through them with you if you call them at the same time. they are very helpful.  IT IS UP TO WE AMERICANS TO STOP THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE COMMITTING CRIMES. THEY ARE MAFIA, CROOKS, CRIMINALS, W/E YOU WANT TO CALL IT. YES I'M SHOUTING.  Even though i haven't bought since march 09 they continuously call me. I have screamed at them, called them names, made racial screaming slurs and have had them threaten me of which i have on tape if you can understand the sorry @#$$#$#@ to get them to stop calling me. They used to call me 20 times a day, NO LIE! Now they call me once to 4 times a day, depending. Different people will call me and they always give a fake name. I'm sorry but no slurpee indian with accents that thick would be named patrick wilson or robert williams or rachel...C'MON!  Health Meds Plus, 99meds, Online Drug RX, rxonlinepharmacy, all these names may or may not take you to links, i ask everytime they call and look it up at the time.  I'm disabled. i have nothing to do. Believe this story cuz it's true. If i change my cell phone # i have to fill in my address book and that's a pain AND they'll give the # to some poor bum and he'll have the same problem unless we eliminate it ourselves. hope many reads this!

Every twenty to twenty five minutes I received three calls in a row that had Hors Zone in caller ID.   It had no company name or telephone number attached with this.   I would like to know if this is legal?     Also, I would like to know what Hors Zone mean and why is this showing up in my caller id?Years ago it the word "PRIVATE" would show up in your caller ID and now Hors Zone and Unknown seems to be the norm.MsMandeville

Car Warranty scam. Recorded, and does not recognize #0 or #2, which causes their system to **** up the phone.

Car warranty scam.  Really frustrating, considering we're on the do not call list.  Also, they make it sound as though your car warranty is about to expire TODAY if you don't talk to them.  I could see how someone could be fooled by it.  Really ****** tactic, I think.
