oh, and it is NOT a scam. I go through reliance telephone for cheaper calls then the phone cards.

The only reason reliance telephone will have your number is because an inmate is trying to get a hold of you. They are from around the MN area, and they service most jails here. If you do not want to take a collect call from the inmate, stay on the phone and let them know so that inmate cannot reach you at this number.
