Total s****. VM claimed my Spectrum bill discount was going away today and to call the number to get the discount. Only one small problem. I do not have a Spectrum account. Oops! Let's face it folks, this is our future dealing with con artists using the telephone. There are likely very elderly people who will be confused, fall for it and end up giving the con artist financial information. I am not one of those and neither should you be.
