Appears to be part of a Medicare Scam involving a FedEx package with official docs and cheek swab, to do a genetic test that was not requested for a doctor 200 miles away that is unknown. They somehow have your info including your Medicare Number. The doctor is a real doctor in Florida but is in Family Practice not a geneticist.
