Caller ID says “Emmitsburg, MD”, but when I answered it turned out to be a very polite young man raising funds for Jay Inslee for President. They were trying to raise enough funds to get him onto the debate stage. Appears to be legit- I told him I’ve donated in the past by mail & internet, & true to his promises, I received campaign materials in my mail about a week later.
