Similar to previous posters. They have called twice in past two weeks to my home phone which I never use or give out and had to actually look up my own home number b/c of this to see if they left a VM! When you call back they asked to be put on a do not call list but you don't get a ring or a person. Found on other websites the CLEC is Bandwith.com out of MD and the area code itself is out of Ashton in DC. Also SMS capable so it has to be a cell number. Must be spam.

They didn't leave a message. When I called the number a recorded message asked if I want to be put on a "do not call list". Can't be anything important if they won't even identify who they are.
