This guy claims to work for a subsidiary of Citibank and is a leach! He walks up to unsuspecting readers at Barne's & Noble, converses with them over the market, retirement plans - DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR CELL NUMBER - he doesnt get the hint and is persistent! He will keep calling you, texting you and leaving you voicemails - even after you try to reason with him to stop calling, the ID10T won't give up! He's what I term "Sh&^ on velcro!"

Someone who gave me his ("Stephen Henry Fisher") business card approached me in a parking lot offering me a job. There's lots of information on the internet describing Primerica as a scam.

Got a call from this number. What do they want from me?
(240) 644-4207
Just dug a bit deeper. He's a community civic activist I've gotten messages from since 2005. I can't say whether or not Primerica is offering HIM a good deal, but I doubt Fisher himself means to intentionally deceive anyone. Fisher, himself, is a good guy.
