Bill Collector for an old roommate. Asked by First name, their trick. Just don't pay them for 6 years and you will be clear of debt.

Called April 27/11 to collect personal contact information of a former employee. Did not properly identify themselves when asked. Informed them employee no longer employed, whereabouts unknown, but caller forcefully kept pushing for detail. Said she would call back the next day, after being requested to never call again. Intimidation tactics employed. Asked to speak with supervisor, more of the same. Phone number seems to be disguised as a provincial government telephone number. Identified themselves as "Revenue Services," an actual provincial government department. *Not a classy outfit, to put it mildly.*
